Simon, Great picture. Having eaten my share of Northern Pike, I can tell you that this is only a half skeleton... There are about 50% more bones that make eating these fish a real chore sometimes, but of all the fish I've eaten from fresh or salt water, Northern Pike is definitely one of my favorites.
