Its been a long time coming but for me to give a full account of this rod I've needed time to test it properly. I wasn't prepared to to just use it a couple of times.....catch no fish with it then give it a glowing review. I've fished with it 4 hours a day everyday for over 3 months now....some 240 hrs in all weather conditions,so it's gone through its paces. Its best viewed in PRESENTATION OR PAPER VIEW - click fullscreen mode then click the tab left of the envelope. I wont be using this rod again and will be giving it away in a couple of weeks as a prize to somebody........once I figure out what the competition will be about.

I write it as I see it lads. Its not a bad rod but not a good pike fly rod thats all...and Danny I have some new lines,a new rod from Vision and some Oakly sunglasses I trying out,so stay tuned.
Great review Simon! Sure glad I didn't go for this 3 months ago. I guessed the butt was not actually useful for fighting a fish!
