This is one of my Black Zonker angel streamers. I've combined Black wig hair with silver FFF Flash and a black rabbit zonker strip, Its one of those flies you'd call your go to fly as its bagged me a number of decent fish this season.I like to use this during the hours of Dusk & Dawn.

Fly Candy
This is one of my Black Zonker angel streamers. I've combined Black wig hair with silver FFF Flash and a black rabbit zonker strip, Its one of those flies you'd call your go to fly as its bagged me a number of decent fish this season.I like to use this during the hours of Dusk & Dawn.

I really like the look of that fly. How thick does it look in the water?
How long do you generally tie that pattern? I've got a trip planned to northern Alberta, Canada next June and I bought a big black wig today (CHEAP)!!

I usually tie this fly around 140mm long.Just take pencil thick clumps of wig hair and tie hollow fleye stylie....same with the FFF Flash. Finish of with a small strip of Black rabbit zonker. for the front.
